I just finished a darling tapered crown hat with a beautiful decorative edge. I do love this straw and horsehair braid. The horsehair is of course a synthetic, as it is nearly impossible to get antique. This one has a delicate look I like.
I also have a great black straw tapered crown. I really like how the lines of this crown and curve of the brim came out. This black can be the platform for many beautiful decorations.
