This fashionable Mousquetaire style hat is suitable for the Civil War era as well as later in the century. This particular hat has more of a slope to the crown than my usual Mousquetaire hats as I made it free hand with a smaller top to the crown. I am very pleased with the shape. This hat is a larger size, measuring 22″ (55.5cm) around the brim interior.
