Spring Recess Millinery

While making this hat, I kept thinking of the love-lorn cardinal that I nearly hit yesterday. He was one of the biggest, brightest cardinals I’ve ever seen. He must have been lost in love to swoop down in front of my car like that. He did an incredible flip back around just in time. I hope he is nested away with his new found love on the chilly day.
